I can’t thank Innovative Health & Fitness enough for helping me get stronger. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis last fall. Since I did not want to take bone strengthening medication, I knew my prior routine of jogging 1 day per week was not enough exercise.
Thank you to Phyllis for choosing my essay in the “Franklin Get Healthy Challenge”.
I’ve been coming here to work out for the past 6 months because of the free 6 month
membership that was given to me by Innovative. I started working with a trainer right from the start as I had no idea where to begin or how to go about building muscle
safely. Patty helped me to build a solid foundation and I am well on my way to my
goal of doing 1 pull-up! Although I rarely feel sore after my workouts the results I
have gotten so far are amazing to me!
