How is the parking situation? We have more than enough parking to accomodate our members. The parking lot is shared with the movie theater. back to top
What comes with my membership? More than 90 Group Fitness classes are available to choose from. Beautiful, full wood lockers, private showers with body wash and shampoo. Clean locker rooms that include body lotion. Get 95% of the water out of your swim suit with our 'swim suit spinner' in less than 10 seconds. Steam rooms in both locker rooms. Do you have any nutritional and weight loss programs? Yes, we offer multiple services and options to fit the many needs of our members. The key is finding what method works best for you. Personal Trainers are available for customized exercise programs and also use the dotFIT Exerspy system to monitor and help clients. back to top
Do you have a Juice Bar for energy drinks? We have a café with energy and protein drinks along with a limited breakfast and light lunch items. This includes smoothies, juices, protein bars, muffins, coffee and other healthy snack items. back to top
What about the Group Fitness classes? Group Fitness classes will provide members with instruction for safe participation and also provide the motivation needed to get results. Choose from more than 90 weekly classes (Land & Aqua). back to top
What programs produce the best results to reach your goals? Any of our Fit Pros can customize a specific program that revolves around the unique needs, goals and interests of the client. These specialized programs produce the best results because you help co-create it, with only your needs in mind. We also offer duet and group personal training sessions to help produce great results. The new dotFIT Exerspy program documents your daily activity and dietary levels. We are confident in this type of weight management program due to the 24 hour per day monitoring that dotFIT Exerspy provides. back to top
How much equipment do you have? We have a large variety of cardiovascular and strength training machines. With the majority of our strength training equipment on the first floor and our cardiovascular equipment on the second floor. back to top
What experts do you have on staff? We have a registered Sports Dietician, a Certified WellCoach, Certified Massage Therapists, a State Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Personal Trainers. back to top
Who are the group fitness instructors? All of our Group Fitness Instructors are certified for land or water - dependent on their specialty. We also have trainers who are arthritis foundation certified for water classes. back to top

Do you have dedicated space for classes? Yes, we have three Group Fitness Studios. Studios 'A' and 'B' are 1500 sq ft each and a middle partition can be slid out of the way to make one 3000 sq ft room for larger classes. We have a third smaller studio for Spinning and mind/body classes. In additional, we have a fourth, smaller training studio located on the first floor. How is the equipmet maintained and by whom? We have full time, in-house maintenance. None of our pieces are out of use for more than three or four days if parts are needed. Usually units are repaired within hours, so availability is top notch. back to top
What is your cleaning schedule and who does it? We have in-house cleaning during the day and after the club is closed. We also have a cleaning company to ensure club cleanliness is held to very high standards. Cleaning is done on a daily basis to help maintain appearance. back to top
What educational programs are offered? We offer FREE Health Educational Seminars presented by physicians, licensed physical therapist and other health care professionals to help inform and educate our members. They are always free and open to the public. Limited seating, so reservations are required. back to top
Where can I learn about nutrition and fitness? The personal trainers give a free initial visit. The Sport Dietician provides a free initial consult and we have trainers on the floor for additional information. You can also hire one of our many health professionals to work with you for a variety of your needs. A free newsletter is both mailed and emailed to each of our members on a quarterly basis. back to top
