Brian has spent more than 8 years in the industry and is passionate about helping as many people as he can reach their goals.  His goal as a Fitness Professional is to get you to your goal by constantly changing your workouts and by going through the proper progressions.  If you do the same exercises over and over, your progress slows as your body gets used to the workout  By changing your workouts, you can fool your body to make it work harder.  Having this variety will also keep the workouts fun and exciting and help educate you for when you are working out alone. Please feel free to contact Brian if your progress is slowed by routine. 

When Brian is not here at Innovative, he love to spend as much time with his family as he can.  Being active with sports and exercise or lounging around reading books and playing games with his family is what he enjoys doing when he is at home.

Andrea has been around fitness and sports her whole life. She started with gymnastics at a very young age. Three years ago she started teaching classes at Innovative Health & Fitness and became a trainer shortly after. She has been in club management for over a year.

Andrea loves to build positive attitudes towards fitness and healthy lifestyles in people. She loves to see people being sucessful and feeling good about their body.  Andrea believes that anyone can be successful if they workout effectively incorporating their entire body. Even if you do not have education on how the body works or know why we have to do workouts certain ways or know the basics about nutriton you can still meet your goals with a little help.  Andrea will teach and encourage you to enable you to meet your fitness goals whether they are for weight loss or just healthy living.

Andrea enjoys spending time with her family on the soccer field in her free time.

Keely’s hobbies include Tae Kwan Do, camping and wakeboarding with her husband and two boys.

Education & Experience

Kristina graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2010 with a bachelor's of science degree in Kinesiology, concentrating in the area of fitness management. Kristina believes there's no better feeling than helping someone to make healthy lifestyle choices through physical activity and proper nutrition; knowledge they can take with them for the rest of their lives. Throughout her education and experience at Innovative, she is privileged to work with people who have different goals including weight loss, strength gain, quality of life improvement, and competitive runners looking to improve their race times. She currently enjoys working with clients of all ages who have different goals; whether it is one-on-one training, small group training, or in the pool where she teaches aqua classes. 

Interests & Hobbies

In her spare time, Kristina enjoys staying as active as possible. She especially enjoys outdoor warm weather activities such as running, biking, and playing sand volleyball. Besides being active, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, camping, cooking, and watching sports.

Tony has been training for over 6 years working with a diverse group of clients.  Helping people to achieve their fitness goals through exercise and proper nutrition has been his passion and his goal is to give clients safe and proper training to prevent injury and provide knowledge, confidence and encouragement for an overall healthy and happy life.  In his spare time he likes to golf, watch sporting events, spend time with his wife and kids, and volunteering his time at church. 

Education
Tony received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and his Master of Science degree in Human Performance with an emphasis in Biomechanics from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.  Tony believes his degrees are an integral part of establishing his training style while teaching his clients in the process.

Experience
Tony has been training clients the past year at Innovative Health & Fitness.  Prior to Innovative, Tony worked with clients at college, a private personal training studio, National Institute for Fitness & Sport and Bally Total Fitness.  He has worked with collegiate athletes and some professional athletes while in college and at the National Institute for Fitness & Sport.  He has spent the most part of his time .after college training clients to achieve better health and wellness.  Tony also in college taught an undergraduate Biomechanics lab and a fitness walking class.
