Spinning Classes Spin class is great for training for a triathlon or reaching high intensity cardio without the pressure on your joints that a treadmill can sometimes cause.
Aquatic Classes Want a challenging and vigorous workout that is also easy on your joints? Try one of our many aqua classes. We offer evertying from Aqua Gold to Les Mills BodyPump. No prior swimming experience is needed - classes take place in water less than three feet deep.
Zumba Classes If you haven't tried Zumba, you're missing out on the exercise/dance craze of the century. You'll never be bored in this high energy class that combines Latin dance moves and aerobics - giving you a cardio workout that melts calories away while you dance.
Small Group Training If you're on the fence about whether personal training is a good fit for you, try one of the Small Group Training classes that we offer throughout the year. These eight-week classes have a maximum of about ten participants per class and vary from Bootcamp to Ballet Barre. We're always adding and updating classes, so be sure to check the club for full details.
Large Group Fitness Changing up your fitness routine and "confusing" your muscles, is one of the best ways to lose weight. Bust through those plateaus by trying some of our more than 100 Large Group Fitness classes. Our instructors are certified in the classes they teach and offer modified versions of each workout. We offer Les Mills classes, Yoga, Insanity and TaiChi - just to name a few. These classes are all included in your basic membership.
Personal Training Professional athlete or certified couch potato, we have personal trainers who can meet you at the level you're starting and get you to where you want to be - helping your reach all your goals, including fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, losing body fat percentage, tips on how to eat healthier and even how to live an overall healthier life. Come in for your complimentary Results Coaching session and better yet, sign up for a personal training package that will fit your individual needs.
Physical Therapy What if you want to start a fitness plan but are being held back by something out of your control? Our onsite physical therapy clinic employs highly trained therapists who can diagnose and treat the aches and pains that are keeping you from reaching your potential.
