I have been a member at Innovatve Health & Fitness for about 2 years and have noticed some amazing improvements! In the beginning I weighed about 125 lbs and had no bulk to me. After a few months in the gym I gained a little bit but not what I was looking for. Thats when I adjusted my diet and began consuming over 4,500 calories a day. Any food I could find, I would eat it. Then thanks too Innovative's staff I found out that its more about eating the right kind of calories and carbs and having a proper balance of protein in your diet as well. After gaining this insightful knowledge a year went by and I started to make the gains I wanted to see. I weighed right around 138 lbs. But my goal was still to get to approximately 150 lbs, I knew I could achieve it. So I kept at it these last 5 months, I started eating 5,000 calories a day and drinking 1.5 times my body weight in water. Now here I stand before you at 152 lbs of pure lean muscle! I met my goal thanks to both the result of hard work and the guidance of Innovative’s staff!
