WHAT SHE ACCOMPLISHED:
• Lost 47.5 pounds
• Lost 14% Body Fat
HOW SHE DID IT:

• Group Training 1-2 times per week
• Weekly Group Fitness Classes
PERSONAL TRAINER: PHYLLIS HANSON
I have been a member at Innovative for a little over 2 years now. In the past I have made some significant attempts at losing weight and getting into shape at various gyms (after having my 2 kids), but nothing ever really seemed to work. Things started to change for me when I joined Innovative and decided to get in shape for health reasons as opposed to just fitting into my favorite jeans (that however, was an added bonus that came later)!
I was introduced to the "Small Group Training Sessions" option about 2 years ago. A team of six was formed (we are now named the "Girls Gone Wild")! Most of us have been together ever since. We still meet 1- 2 times per week for this group exercise training lead by Phyllis. We have all gotten to know each other along the way which helps when it came to motivating & supporting each other and we all show up week after week to endure our workouts.
In addition, Phyllis has also introduced us to new classes, new equipment and new techniques that I wouldn't have ever experimented with before or attempted to do on my own. I am no longer intimidated to use these things or
participate in the classes. Working out has just become a routine part of my life now and I feel amazing.
The pounds slowly started to come off…which only motivated me more.
It has been over 2 years, but thanks to both Phyllis and “The Girls Gone Wild” pushing me, I am now down 50 pounds!
