When I started at Innovative Health and Fitness I was 5 months pregnant. I was used to being active so I wanted to do something to stay fit. Andrea, my trainer was fantastic!! I'd come in twice a week for an hour each, focusing on balance, strength and some flexibility---wow! What a difference it made in my mood, fitness level, etc! Then, baby arrived and I wanted to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight--actually, about 10 lbs. less is my goal. She started me on the Dot.fit program and so far this summer I've lost 25 lbs. and about 40 or so inches! It's really been quite easy--I just follow the guidelines of the program and heed Andrea's advice (i.e. doing cardio and abs on my own, what and when to eat, etc.) We've also done a lot of resistance training and weights so I can really start to see the results in my muscle tone and body shape. I'm really excited now to reach my goal--only 8 lbs. left! It's truly been a wonderful experience working this program--especially with someone as sweet and fun as Andrea! In all my experience with weight loss/control, it's been the simplest and most fun way to lose weight, ever! I can't thank Innovative, Andrea and Dot.fit enough--I'm so very pleased with this whole experience! |
